Hello, I’m Katie, welcome to my website! I make quality individually handcrafted greetings cards and invitations for any occasion.I have been making greetings cards for over 5 years now and love the creativity involved and the delight at the end of a session seeing the products of my work. This isn’t a full time job for me, its just something I love to do, and taking some of my free time to make cards for people is always brilliant.
Giving someone a handcrafted card is special, so why not ask me to create a unique card for someone in your life?
All the cards on this site are designed and handmade by me, therefore if you would like a more bespoke card, then please contact me and we can discuss the details.
As well as individual cards, I am able to offer bulk orders, subject to agreement, please contact me for further information.
All the cards are made in a pet and smoke free household.
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. We may amend the terms and conditions from time to time by placing appropriate notification on the homepage.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and that any important information has been supplied on the order form.
PRODUCT DETAILS
All cards on this website are designed and individually hand crafted by Katie. As such, designs can vary slightly from the picture shown.
All the cards can be tailored to suit your personal needs.
All cards come with a matching envelope and cards are blank inside for your own wording unless otherwise specified.
Each card is sealed in a cellophane wrapper for protection.
All cards are made in a smoke and pet free home.
Bespoke Cards
If ordering a Bespoke card please include details of who it is for and their interests etc.
Wedding Stationary/Invitations etc
In the case of wedding stationary or invitations, please explain the occasion and designs/ colours required so that samples can be produced and sent for consideration. Please include all information that you think would be helpful. There is more information on invitations in the products section of the website.
Printing and Wording
If a special message is required it is your responsibility to check the accuracy. All messages are copied directly so it is your responsibility to check all spelling and grammar on any proofs. Final proofs require written confirmation to acknowledge acceptance of the proof for use on the final versions.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Deposits
For orders less than £100 payment is required in full before dispatch.
For orders over £100 or for any bulk orders (e.g. wedding stationary) we require a minimum 30% deposit (non refundable) on initial order. The balance will then be paid in full before dispatch of final order. If you require anything different from this, please contact me directly to arrange a payment scheme.
Prices and Payments
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are quoted inclusive of Vat.
Payment is made through the website via Paypal.
Payment is made when you place the order (unless ordering invitations) .
I am not VAT registered so am unable to supply VAT receipts and I am unable to provide VAT refunds for VAT exempt buyers.
Overseas purchasers are responsible for import duties, taxes or other charges that apply to their country or state.
We reserve the right to alter the price of our products from time to time.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free for orders under 20 cards, however orders over this amount will incur a postage charge dependant on the weight of the goods.
All small orders purchased within the UK are posted within two working days by first class Royal Mail. For bulk orders delivery dates will be discussed.
Crafted by Katie will not be responsible for delay or failure of delivery where circumstances are beyond our control.
Small orders of cards will be delivered in reinforced envelopes. Large orders will be posted in boxes.
Deliveries outside the UK will be charged at shipping rates determined at the time of order.
RETURNS
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with any cards in your order please contact me within five working days of receipt. In most cases a replacement card or refund will be made as long as the original card is returned promptly and is in its original condition.

It is advisable to obtain proof of posting when returning any goods as they remain your responsibility until we have received them.
Please note that any personalised items are non-refundable as I am not able to resell them.

Any information entered on this site will not be disclosed to third parties. It is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
Card payments are made through an e-commerce service provider (PayPal) and I am therefore not given any card details.
You’re email will only be added to the mailing list if you have signed up for newsletter updates.

The products on this website are kept as up to date as possible, however availability may change and products may be withdrawn.
